JUNOVA GLOBAL ("we", "us", "our") is a China-based international sourcing and product development business providing services including product sourcing, supplier development and evaluation, OEM/ODM development, cost optimisation, quality and production management, and market research.

We act as a sourcing and product-development partner. We are not the manufacturer of the products discussed and, unless separately agreed in writing, we are not a party to the sale of goods between you and any factory.

Submitting an enquiry through our website, and any indicative supplier direction, cost or guidance we provide in response, is for information only and does not create a binding contract. Any actual sourcing or development project is governed by a separate written agreement between us (or the relevant supplier) and you.

Any prices, costs, lead times or supplier recommendations we provide before a formal agreement are indicative estimates only. They are based on the information available at the time, may change, and are subject to confirmation, sampling, factory quotations and final agreement.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information in your enquiry
• Ensuring you have the right to share any specifications, designs, drawings or materials you send us
• Determining and complying with the laws, standards, certifications and import requirements of your destination market
• Your own commercial decisions

Product safety, compliance, certification and labelling requirements vary by country and market. While we can assist with, coordinate and advise on compliance and testing, you remain responsible for confirming that products meet the legal and regulatory requirements of your destination market. We do not warrant or guarantee regulatory approval or market acceptance of any product.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to JUNOVA GLOBAL and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our permission.

You retain ownership of any designs, specifications or materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use that material only as needed to respond to your enquiry and carry out any agreed work.

We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. We expect the same treatment of any confidential information we share with you.

Where we introduce or coordinate with factories, suppliers, laboratories or logistics providers, we do so to fulfil your request. Unless separately agreed in writing, contracts for the supply of goods or third-party services may be between you and those third parties, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The website and any information provided through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUNOVA GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or reliance on any information provided through it.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you to JUNOVA GLOBAL in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, where no fees have been paid, USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold JUNOVA GLOBAL harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, transport or supply disruptions, or utility or internet failures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with CIETAC's arbitration rules in force at the time of application. The seat of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, PRC; the language of the arbitration shall be English; and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
